What does a BMW Group plant look like from the inside? During the summer months (June to September), you can take a look behind the scenes at one of Austria’s largest industrial companies. A summer job provides valuable insights into processes and operations at the BMW Group’s largest engine plant and diesel engine centre of competence.

The application phase for all summer jobs begins in early October, several months before the start date.

Summer jobs entail challenging and interesting activities on the assembly and production lines or in logistics. In this way, you are directly involved in building the “heart” of BMW and MINI cars.
