The process at the BMW Motorrad plant begins in the logistics area, responsible for receiving and organizing materials. This step ensures that all necessary items are properly distributed to the assembly line, ensuring efficient production flow.

Engine components arrive at the assembly line in parts and undergo an initial adjustment step, ensuring accurate assembly. Then, the parts are organized to form the engine, which then proceeds to the final phase of integration with the motorcycle, ensuring the continuity and quality of the production process.

In the main assembly phase, the engine is integrated into the chassis, together with the other structural components. After this step, the essential systems are installed and the fluids necessary for the operation of the motorcycle are filled. Finally, the fairings are mounted at the dedicated station, ensuring the finish and final aesthetics of the motorcycle.

After assembly, each motorcycle undergoes a detailed inspection to verify its performance and operation. This test takes place in a controlled environment where the motor, electronic systems, and brakes are evaluated. Only after this rigorous validation is the vehicle released for the next steps, ensuring that it meets quality and safety standards.

In the final stage, the finish, painting, and alignment of the parts are checked to ensure the visual quality of the vehicle. In addition, additional materials, such as key kits, manuals and mirrors, are prepared for packaging. This process ensures that each motorcycle is ready for delivery, while maintaining quality and technology standards.
