In the 17 years that BMW Manufacturing Thailand has been open, the plant has made a lasting impression.

BMW Manufacturing (Thailand) Company, Limited first opened its doors in April 2000 after two years of construction. Since then, BMW Group has invested greater than 4 billion Thai baht. The plant recently celebrated the production of 70,000 vehicles – BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad. Currently, there are over 900 employed associated on site, which is almost double the number of people that were employed in 2000. The total area of the plant is approximately 78,000 square-meters. Since 2006, BMW Manufacturing Thailand’s location is considered a custom free zone.
